Robinson Residential Design Inc has been invited to work with Sun Dale Recreation Ltd (SDRL) to create the architectural guidelines for the new resort community on Last MountainLake, just north of Regina, SK. The Sun Dale community, featuring many of our craftsman style homes, will become a leader in sustainability within Canada.
As an environmentally sustainable community, all homes built in the Sun Dale development will be energy efficient, developed using both sustainability principles
and the LEEDS (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) green build rating system being equipped with a number of important sustainable features. Community services will include a recycling system and a water conservation system for all residents.
Work on the project began in early 2007, with the purchase of the property from John A. Dale. The development team's commitment to Sun Dale residents, area residents and former owner John A. Dale, is that we will develop a desirable resort community which preserves the natural beauty and strategic location of the property, and maintains the environmental integrity of the land to the greatest extent possible.
We at RRDI are excited to play an important role in both helping to formulate the architectural design guidelines and to impliment them ensuring this community will not only retain its property values but will be enhanced with the environmentally sustainable features.
