We have been providing innovative home designs and accurate construction drawings to some of Regina's top builders and developers for over 10 years.
If you are a contractor or developer please take a look at our stock plans. The Urban Series provides plans for 32, 42 and 52 foot width options for the same series' layout. These, of course, can be modified to suit the needs of your development and/or clients. If desired, we offer custom design services where a plan can be developed according to your specifications.
To work through the details, we can meet directly with you, your client or both.

The first step in the design process includes a preliminary drawing of the floor plan. When the final design is then agreed upon then working drawings are developed which you will be able to check for your approval before the final set of drawings are issued. (For more information, go to “What’s Included”).
We do not provide engineering drawings but you are free to refer our drawings to the engineer of your choice.
Although we promote the use of environmentally friendly materials wherever possible our plans do not specifically dictate which type of materials should be used. Check out our standard list of construction specifications.
Note: each plan will be designated for a specific address and lot number and are the copyrighted property of Robinson Residential Design Inc.
