The Neepawa-1834 is the seventh design we are featuring in our Farm Home Series. Farming has been a way of life for centuries where the farm home is the center of family life and often the headquarters of an efficient and busy farming operation. This series of farm home plans features various sizes of creative possibilities for today’s rural living.
The Neepawa-1834 Modern Farmhouse plan was based on a common 70’s bungalow plan and a vision of the transformation that could result from a dramatic renovation. This design has a modern feel with an open-concept floor plan and coffered/vaulted ceilings. The large farm kitchen has a walk-in pantry and an island with seating which opens to the inviting dining room. The comfortable greatroom with fireplace offers french doors opening to a partially covered front deck. A mudroom, bathroom and laundry room is conveniently located off the garage.
